Abigael is the second child in a family of six and the oldest girl. Growing up, she often stayed with her grandparents because her dad traveled a lot. She was especially close to her grandfather, whose love and support meant a lot to her.
As a child, Abigael loved going to Sunday school. Her teachers encouraged her, and over time she became a Sunday school teacher herself. Even though she had to repeat her first year of school because of travel interruptions, she never lost her love for learning.
Abigael says, “When I had a personal meeting with Christ, everything changed in my life.” That moment helped her grow in faith and start living with purpose. Through leadership training, she joined Young Life and found a way to share the Gospel and serve others.
As a Developing Global Leader, Abigael is studying Law at the Protestant University in Congo. She works with WyldLife, helping middle school students grow in faith. Her dream is to help others become strong, confident, and kind—and to make a difference in her community.
