Diana

My name is Diana, yet everyone calls me Dee for short. My two older brothers and I were raised primarily by our mother in Mombasa, Kenya. My father died when I was young but our extended family often lived with us and filled the gaps left by his absence. We are a very happy family with a mother who has always ensured all of our needs are met.

Raised in a Christian household, our family was actively engaged in the church and my mother always worked hard to build my faith. I was introduced to Young Life by a friend and invited to camp where I began a relationship with Jesus. Since that time, I have been walking in His will and have seen God’s faithfulness, both in my life as well as in the lives of teens in my community.

Called a go-getter, I have always been passionate about creating my own supply chain and providing opportunities for others to prosper which is why I am getting a degree in supply chain management at the Technical University of Mombasa. l hope to be a great business woman and to strive to correct the wrongs that are done in the supply chain system and make it more effective. I have always believed that through me the supply chain can change and impact many people. I will be the first in my family to graduate from the university.
