Leo

My name is Leo Mark Tan, and I live in San Carlos City with my family. I remember that before I had Christ in my life, I struggled to understand the purpose of life and what it was all about. I thought life had no meaning and was full of suffering and without direction because I didn't know what the future would hold or what kind of person I would become.

When the pandemic ended, we found our home church, and that same year, I attended my first Young Life Camp because I was invited by my oldest brother's friend, who was also an Area Director of San Carlos City. From that day on, God changed my perspective on life. I used to think that life had no direction and that we simply lived while waiting to die. But God changed everything! He gave me a vision for what I can do in this world for His glory.

Now a Developing Global Leader, I have the opportunity to pursue new things in life and allow me to grow into my full potential. I am eager to grow as a leader in our area and am committed to helping the ministry through sharing the Gospel and inviting more young people so they can learn about God and grow closer to Him. I am honored to be the first person in my family to attend university.
