I grew up in a “tea garden”, a place where tea leaves are grown and harvested, with my parents and younger brother. Growing up, I did not have good opportunities for education, and since my parents were not highly educated, I also struggled with my studies. However, I am continuing my education and trying my best. From a young age, I developed a love for singing, and playing instruments.
I met Jesus during a four-day training program. While I was there, I spent time in prayer and I experienced a personal encounter with Jesus that changed my life. From that moment, my journey of walking with Jesus truly began. I got connected to Young Life through a camp, where I was introduced to the community and became more involved in ministry and faith-based activities.
My vision is to become a worship leader and grow deeper in my spiritual leadership. Now a Developing Global Leader, I also plan to start a business, which will help me support myself and my family. At the same time, my heart is to serve as a leader in God’s Kingdom, using my gifts to serve, guide, and inspire others in their faith.
