Darwin Josué

I grew up the second child of my three siblings. My parents always gave us love despite the difficulties we faced. They taught us good values, and the relationship between siblings was always good. I remember having friends with whom I played in the street whenever my parents allowed us to. My grandmother was always present in our lives, helping to take care of us when my parents had to work. 

My encounter with Jesus was something special at camp during the "20 minutes of silence". I felt loving Jesus willing to listen to me, to tell me that everything was going to be alright, to teach me that He made me for a real and profound purpose. There I made a commitment to Him to change some things I wasn't doing right - I set goals for myself, and I still continue on this daily walk with my faithful Friend who gives us His infinite and true love. 

Now a Developing Global Leader, my hope is to be a professional who inspires young people as an influential leader in all aspects of my life. Of course, I also want to improve my financial situation, be independent, and help my parents. I want to use the skills I've acquired to serve Jesus, showing gratitude for all the blessings He has given me. I also want to continue training leaders and reaching more kids who need Jesus.
