I grew up in Skopje, North Macedonia in a big family and noisy neighborhood. As the second-born of four siblings, I often felt overlooked at home, so I worked hard to stand out at school. I tried many activities—sports, dancing, acting, and playing the violin—always pushing myself to be the best. I became known as “the kid who could do everything,” but deep down, I was just seeking love and acceptance. I believed I had to be perfect to be noticed. Over time, I realized what I was truly missing was the unconditional love of God.
I was a kid that went to every single Christian camp there was. I have always heard about Jesus, by reading kid Bibles, devotionals, etc. But as a kid, I never truly KNEW him, and I never understood His love for me. The biggest change for my understanding was on a Young Life camp in 2019. The camp pastor was preaching about the crucifixion of Jesus, and he described His love for us so personal, that I couldn't hold my tears. That was the moment that I truly realized how big is His love for me. God truly touched my heart that day, and I accepted Him to come in my heart. It was a night of salvation.
As a Developing Global Leader, I am studying Design and Multimedia at American University of Europe. I hope to use the creative and technical skills I develop to serve others and to glorify God. I am open to opportunities where I can mentor others, grow in leadership and contribute to creative projects that reflect God's truth and beauty.
