Nyimbere Grace

My name is Nyimbere Grace, and I was raised in a large family with eight siblings. My father works in government, and my mother serves as a police officer. Growing up, life was not always easy, especially with limited financial resources and the challenges of supporting a big family. Despite these struggles, my parents raised me to value hard work, education, and faith. I am grateful for their encouragement, which has shaped my determination to pursue my dreams and create a better future for myself and others.

My faith journey began when I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior, and my relationship with Him has grown through prayer, Bible study, and church involvement at Tent of Meeting Church. I first heard about Young Life through a friend named Liza, who invited me to a day camp. That experience deeply impacted me and led me to become involved with Young Life as a student for five years. Over time, I transitioned into leadership and now serve as a team leader. I lead Bible studies, organize games, and mentor teenagers, helping them grow in their walk with Christ. Young Life has given me confidence, community, and purpose.

Through Developing Global Leaders, I am pursuing a degree in Business and Economics at Upper Nile University. My dream is to become a doctor, support Young Life ministry, and serve my community by helping others overcome challenges and experience hope.
