Growing up in a humbled background, my family and I lived hand to mouth—surviving each day with faith and grit. We faced many needs we couldn’t meet, but through it all, I held onto hope.

Everything began to shift when I attended a YoungLife camp. There, my mentor saw me—not my struggles, not my lack—but me. They accepted me without judgment and reached into my life with love and encouragement. That moment changed everything. Today, I serve in YoungLives, walking alongside teen moms.

Now, I’ve been accepted to study Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Mombasa as a Developing Global Leader. This opportunity is more than education—it's a calling. I will be the first in my family to graduate from college, and I carry that honor with deep gratitude and responsibility.
