Ngoc Phuoc Nguyen

I grew up in busy city with a hardworking family. Although we didn’t have much, my parents always made sure we focused on education and values. Living in the city taught me how to adapt, stay focused, and care for others. I was born into a Christian family, so I heard about Jesus and attended church since I was young. As a teenager, I started seeking Jesus more personally and my faith grew deeper.

A family member invited me to Young Life Club, and it helped me grow stronger in faith and community. Serving with Young Life Capernaum has been a special part of my journey. I get to walk alongside kids with special needs and remind them they are loved by God and us.

Now, as I begin the Developing Global Leaders program and university, I hope to earn a business degree and use it to help others in my community. I want to be a servant leader who supports young people and builds lasting projects. I also hope to keep mentoring others and helping them grow in their faith.
