Although childhood is often beautiful because it comes with fewer responsibilities and happy smiles within the family, my family’s economic situation was difficult. This brought many challenges, especially with my studies. For many years, I have seen my family face hardships in our village. On rainy days, muddy roads made life difficult to travel in, and storms brought the fear that our house might be damaged. These challenges were a significant part of my early life and taught me resilience and trust in God.
In a program in 2015, during a time of prayer and worship, something touched my heart deeply. I began to wonder why God would love me so much out of all the people in the world—how He gave His only Son for me. Learning about His great sacrifice made me love God even more than before. Music has also been a powerful way for me to connect with Him and express that love.
I believe that in order to achieve success in any field, it is important to stay focused and work diligently. I see my career as part of my Christian calling, where my job becomes a way to serve others with care and integrity. Living a life for Christ makes everything more meaningful and beautiful, guiding me to walk rightly in all areas of life. As a Developing Global Leader, my hope is to continue growing in my education, develop my career, and embrace leadership opportunities so I can serve Christ faithfully and positively impact those around me.
