For safety reasons, my name has been changed and my country remains undisclosed. I live in Central Asia with my parents. Both of them are believers who serve God faithfully, and my father is a pastor. My sisters also serve in ministry and live out their faith sincerely. From a young age, they were a powerful example of true faith to me, and I consider it a great blessing to have been born into such a family.

In my early teens, I had a personal encounter with Jesus that changed everything. Faith became my own decision, not just something I inherited. Growing up in the church, I witnessed how God transforms lives — and that touched me deeply. Church became the place where I learned to love, serve, and grow. I got to know Young Life through a group of leaders from another city. I was deeply moved by how they spoke about Christ’s love — a love that is personal, real, and for everyone. That inspired me to join and start a Young Life ministry in my own city. My hope is to continue developing Young Life across the region, building new teams and training others to serve.

Now, as a DGL student, I study psychology. My greatest desire is to help young people and teenagers. I want to show them the same love and acceptance I’ve found in Christ. I also want to grow as a leader so I can share the message of Jesus with the next generation, reminding them that there is Someone who truly cares. I believe God continues to lead me, and I want to be a light for others — just as someone once became a light for me.
