Paulina, who everyone affectionately calls “Pauli”, lives in Medellín, Colombia and shares her home with her parents. Paulina had a childhood full of love. Although her parents worked a lot, she found a great refuge in her grandmother, who not only took care of her, but also talked to her about God and always encouraged her to walk with Jesus. One memory that marked her childhood was when she had a preschool presentation, and her parents were present. Feeling seen and loved by them marked her deeply. However, one of the hardest moments of her life came in 2022, when her grandmother passed away from cancer.

Paulina's journey in Young Life began when she was invited to an event, and since then, she felt called to participate. Currently, she is part of the leadership team of the “Tercentenario” club and is in the process of becoming club director. Her motivation is to show other young people that there is a purpose in their lives and that Jesus loves them deeply.  

As a Developing Global Leader, Paulina is studying International Business at Universidad Católica Luis Amigó. She is passionate about globalization and cultural exchanges between countries. Through her leadership at YL, she seeks to impact lives, serve with excellence and reflect God's love.
