Growing up in Kpando, Ghana, I was surrounded by a loving family that valued education. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. As a child, I faced challenges, including financial struggles due to my father's death. However, these experiences taught me resilience and determination.

At a young age, my relationship with Jesus was not really stable because of the challenges I was facing at that age. I knew I had Christ, but my faith was shaky due to circumstances, so I was just on and off. I recall a particularly challenging period when I felt overwhelmed and uncertain about my future, but found solace in God's promise and guidance through prayer and reflection. Now I see that my faith has been a cornerstone of my life, guiding me through challenges and celebrating my successes so I remained committed to my goals, driven by the desire to make a positive impact in my community.

Now a DGL student, I am pursuing an electrical engineering degree at Ho Technical University. This will be a significant step towards achieving my educational and career goals. After graduation, my ideal job would be working with the Electricity Company of Ghana. With the support of a sponsor, I will be able to focus on my studies and continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of other young people as a Young Life leader.
