Namuun

My name is Namuun and I live in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia with my siblings and parents. I remember I used to cause a lot of trouble when I was child. The most challenging thing I've ever faced was losing what I do best. Last year I took my university entrance exam and although the questions on that exam were easy, I scored very badly. I was depressed for several days, but later realized that God used this time to humble me.

I was born and raised in a religious family and first learned about God when I followed my parents to church. However, in high school I had a fall in faith. I knew I was drifting away from God, but I couldn't stop myself. Finally, last year God gave me insight into how I had turned away from Him and I started going to church again and eventually heard about Young Life and dove right in to leading teens just like me.

Now a Developing Global Leader, I am studying business and economics and hope to become an accountant and start my own business in the future. I want to be salt and light and a witness in the storm for others.
